Who is eligible for Hers Benefits?
Customers with an active Hers subscription can access our partner discounts and benefits. An active subscription means your subscription is current, paid, and not canceled or expired. Eligibility is checked at the time you access a benefit. If your subscription becomes inactive, you may lose access to Hers Benefits.

I just subscribed. When will I get access to the benefits?
If you recently subscribed, it may take a few hours for our system to recognize your active subscription. If you’re still unable to access benefits after that time, please contact support.
